Doing well, though it should be a bit interesting with company here and with meal preparation.  My focus will be PORTION CONTROL!

      Yes, Courtney, it wasn’t easy, but I was seriously motivated by these vlog postings. Not posting a vlog would be pretty obvious that I didn’t make the effort and others would notice!
