Weight Lost: -4.5 pounds 🙂  🙂  🙂

I can’t tell you how good it is to continue to see poundage dropped.  Every morning when I get up I’m tempted to call it quits.  But the scale is a huge reward.  I’m at a weight I haven’t seen in SEVERAL years.  That’s a HUGE push for me.  Yipee!

Now… onto the cravings.  CARBS, CARBS, CARBS, I want carbs.  I’m considering some kind of cheat this week to make it a more  mindful thing.  I need to plan what I’m going to eat and when, because I’ve denied myself bread at eating out, Samoa ice cream, various carbage that has passed through my life in the last couple of weeks.  I need to eat something so that I won’t go hog wild and eat everything in sight.  It needs to be something chocolate.  I’ll let you know what I finally decide to eat… if you care.  Even if you don’t, I’ll let you know.  And I’ll let you know how good it was!  🙂
